Frequently Asked Questions

Once you design your garment, it will take about 4-6 weeks to create. Once complete,  we will ship the garment to you to try on see how it fits. If you like it, nothing else needs to be done If any adjustments are needed, we will recommend a tailor to go to and we’ll pay the cost

Please inquire with your stylist during your appointment, and we will try to accommodate your rush order; for a fee. Please note that rush orders are not guaranteed.

Due to the nature of custom clothing and each garment created specifically for each client, Elegance by Cavaliers  does not accept refunds or returns on any garments.
